A sauna and shower helps you to relax and put you in the right frame of mind for healing. It also detoxifies you and cleanses the chakra centers as in a Native Canadian Sweat Lodge. Ear Candling & Reiki

Ear candling is a process using special candles to remove excess wax from the ears. Normally two candles are used per ear. Reiki is applied to the ears for further healing. The process takes an hour and a half and the price includes the four candles that are used. The ears are left feeling
clean, and people report improved sinuses and hearing.
